Sara is a dedicated physiotherapist who combines hands-on treatment, dry needling, and exercise-based rehabilitation to help people move with confidence and return to the activities they enjoy.
She holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Bond University, giving her a strong foundation in both injury rehabilitation and human movement. Sara has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including neck and back pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility-related concerns.
Sara has a special interest in active rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, and musculoskeletal injuries. As a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor and trained in Dry Needling, she integrates hands-on treatment with targeted exercise programs to help clients reduce pain, improve movement, build strength, and achieve long-term results.
Her approach is centred around understanding each person’s unique goals and lifestyle. Whether helping someone return to sport, recover from surgery, overcome persistent pain, or simply move more comfortably, Sara is passionate about empowering her clients with the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in their recovery.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Sara enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels. She takes pride in building strong therapeutic relationships and creating personalised treatment plans that support lasting health and wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Sara attending Pilates classes, walking along the beach with an iced coffee in hand, or experimenting with new recipes to share with family and friends.
