Lily is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s in Sport and Exercise Science, both from Southern Cross University. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through evidence-based exercise prescription and a personalised, client-centred approach.
Lily brings experience from working in private practice across both the NDIS and DVA sectors, supporting a wide range of clients with complex needs. She has developed a strong skill set in clinical reasoning, communication, and program delivery in both land-based and hydrotherapy environments. Her experience includes working with clients managing neurological conditions, mental health, musculoskeletal issues, and developmental disorders.
She has a particular strength in adapting exercise programs to meet each client’s unique needs, whether through visual, verbal, or tactile cues — especially when working with children, adolescents, and neurodiverse populations. Lily is also confident in conducting assessments, writing clinical reports, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for her clients.
