Originally from Brazil, Letícia graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2017 and has been working with Pilates since 2015. She has extensive experience in movement, rehabilitation and hands-on care, supported by postgraduate qualifications in Neurological Physiotherapy and Intensive Care Physiotherapy.
Throughout her career in Brazil, Letícia worked across rehabilitation and hospital settings, gaining experience with a wide range of patients and conditions, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her background in physiotherapy has given her a strong understanding of human movement, rehabilitation and individualised care.
Letícia has a particular passion for Pilates and movement-based exercise. She enjoys helping clients improve their strength, mobility, body awareness and confidence through personalised Pilates sessions tailored to their individual needs and goals.
She also has a strong background in manual therapy and massage and is currently completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage in Australia. Her hands-on approach focuses on helping clients reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and feel more comfortable in their bodies.
Letícia believes that movement and self-care are essential for maintaining health, independence and quality of life. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients can feel confident, comfortable and empowered in their own movement journey.
